This role will lead and originate transformation initiatives and projects, drive and support the Global Executive team, provide strategic support and guidance regarding key relationships, and support on the review and iteration of organisational design to deliver on the company purpose and mission.

This role will shape, develop and drive the corporate and CEO communication program to inspire and provide direction to teams across the organisation and enhance the organisation’s corporate profile among shareholders, media, industry and communities.

This role will provide high level executive level administrative support to the CEO, including complex diary and travel management.

This role will head up the Global Service Delivery team and ensure all our platforms, enterprise applications, networks and infrastructure are designed, delivered and managed using industry best practices.

This role is responsible for providing leadership and drive consolidation of operations for the integration of 21C and GenesisCare.

This role is also responsible for planning and executing on the IT vision, goals and initiatives that support the long-term objectives of GenesisCare.

Key role in guiding and proposing BI solutions that meet business requirements and align with GC at 21C business strategies.

The role will deliver the people, performance, organisation and culture requirements of the 21C integration and will partner with 21C counterparts to design and execute organisational changes for 21C as well as execute all strategic and operational P&C requirements for the integration team.

This role will develop and implement the communications strategy in partnership with the Integration Leader – 21C and broader IMO and provide communications leadership to drive engagement.

The primary purpose of this role will be to leverage technology solutions to enable GenesisCare & 21C to deliver new systems and products that fit the existing enterprise environment.

This role is responsible for guiding the success of clinical platform strategy for key systems, delivering application and product development needs working cross-functionality with our Innovation function and with our 3rd party vendors.

The primary focus of this role is on the go-to-market strategy and execution for key programs in support of the 21 Century Oncology rebranding to GenesisCare.

This role will be supporting the requirements of 21C quality and security standards while ensuring the organisation meets regulatory requirements.

This role will provide world class corporate and business development support to the CEO, Office of the CEO and the business by identifying, evaluating and advancing major value creation opportunities.

This role will support the delivery of the 21C integration through complex project management activities and methodologies and supporting key projects as part of the 21C acquisition.

The role would oversee the roll out of the 21C re-brand and would drive leads/patient volume through our referring doctors and have a develop marketing strategy for 21C.

The primary responsibility will be to develop and  implement project  plans  and change management strategies that maximise employee understanding and adoption and minimise resistance.

This role will support the delivery of the 21C integration through complex clinical project management activities and methodologies and supporting key projects as part of the 21C acquisition.

Responsible for managing the process of innovation and change management in 21C .

This role will be responsible for for managing the C21 finances, including financial planning and strategy, management of financial risks,planning as well as analysing the financial strengths and weaknesses.

Responsible for making business recommendations for an 21C based on financial analysis of factors like market trends, forecasts and make tactical and strategic decisions.
