About the team

We are a mix of highly trained healthcare professionals, dedicated support team and leaders who share a common purpose: to design care experiences that deliver the best possible life outcomes.

Clinical leadership

GenesisCare benefits from a dyad leadership model ensuring both clinical and commercial teams work hand in hand. Our strong clinical governance systems, include evidence-based care plans, clinical reference groups, multidisciplinary meetings and peer review. These underpin our clinical decisions and ensure we are continually striving to optimise patient care. We pride ourselves on offering modern treatment techniques, technologies and innovation to deliver the best possible outcomes for our patients. One of our key priorities is research and in 2023, 1,600 patients were enrolled in clinical trials across Australia. There is plenty of opportunity for on-the-job research and training.

Our flat structure ensures we can make decisions and act quickly to get the things that matter most to patients done.
