Welcome to Kalimera House

A home away from home for people who need accommodation closer to medical services.

Your home away from home in Bunbury

Apart from battling a cancer diagnosis, patients living outside metropolitan areas often face the additional burden of having to travel long distances for daily treatment, or finding accommodation closer to their cancer treatment centre.

Kalimera House, located in close proximity to the South West Health Campus in Bunbury, offers two modern and fully equipped units, each with 2- or 3-bedrooms, enabling families to stay together while a loved one is undergoing treatment. Children are also accepted.

Please supply your own food, toiletries, personal items and clothes – a shopping centre is a short drive away. By prior arrangement, guests requiring assistance with food shopping can be taken to the supermarket.

There is a double carport and additional space in the double driveway or on the verge.

Transport to and from treatment can be provided by Dot’s Place (Cancer Council).

Please advise in advance if transport assistance is required.
