Special clinical interest include cardiac devices, inherited cardiac arrhythmias and electrophysiology.
Dr Jason Davis completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland in 2000. After residency, he worked as a rural general practitioner and small-town Medical Superintendent and Medical Officer with Right of Private Practice, working in a number of locations including Barcaldine, Longreach and Monto. He has also worked as a GP SMO in emergency departments throughout Queensland, New South Wales and South Australia.
In 2010, initially to improve his skill, he commenced physician training and ultimately completed specialist training in cardiology in 2016. Jason undertook a 12-month electrophysiology fellowship at Princess Alexandra Hospital in 2017 followed by a two-year electrophysiology fellowship in Halifax, Canada from 2018 to 2020.
He has a clinical interest in cardiac devices, general electrophysiology and inherited cardiac arrhythmias.
