Overview
Dr Cyriac currently provides chemotherapy, radiotherapy and brachytherapy and is Clinical Lead at Southend University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust for Stereotactic Ablative Radiotherapy (SABR).
He completed his basic medical training in India and undertook his MRCP qualification in the UK. He trained in oncology mainly at Newcastle University Hospital NHS Trust and James Cook University Hospital in Middlesbrough.
He is a committed Consultant Clinical Oncologist with specific interests in urological malignancies, upper gastrointestinal and gynaecological cancers. He enjoys very good professional relationships with patients, their families and his colleagues.
Dr Cyriac currently provides chemotherapy and radiotherapy, including brachytherapy, for prostate cancers. As a lead clinician for the SABR he is also developing the treatment for different tumour sites. With interests in researching, establishing and managing improved ways of radiotherapy delivery systems and services, Dr Cyriac aims to provide the very best care possible to his patients.
