New Haematology Rapid Access Service launches at GenesisCare in Milton Keynes

We are pleased to announce the launch of our new Haematology Rapid Access Service at our centre in Milton Keynes. This easy-to-access service enables you to refer your patients quickly to a Consultant Haematologist for assessment, diagnosis and potential treatment, with same day or next day appointments.

How to use the service

To refer a patient, simply complete the referral form via the link below and email it to our team at haematology.referralsMK@genesiscare.co.uk

If you have an urgent patient enquiry or want to know whether to refer, please complete Part A of the referral form only and we’ll arrange for you to speak to one of our Consultant Haematologists ahead of the potential referral.

Easy access process

Once a referral form is received, our team will book your patient into the next available haematology outpatient appointment, either on the same day or the next day.

We are pleased to be able to offer this service to patients with private medical insurance or to those wishing to self-fund.

How to access

We are recognised by all the private health insurers for outpatients, diagnostics and cancer treatment. A GP referral letter is usually required in order for the patient to gain pre-authorisation from their insurer. For patients who wish to self-fund, prices are available from the centre.
