Working closely together our patient support services team deliver excellent customer care to our patients, their families, and visitors. They’re committed to making a difference to care, ensuring all patients receive a seamless patient experience.
Our patient support team include Patient Administration Officers, Receptionists, MDT Coordinators, Patient Pathway Coordinator and Contact Centre Operators.
They're based either within our 14 centres or remote. Our centres are in:

Making a difference for cancer patients
The patient support services team are responsible for being a key point of contact for our patients. They welcome every individual, reassuring and showing them the way.
It’s also essential they manage relationships with consultants, medical secretaries, radiographers, nursing teams and insurers to deliver a seamless patient pathway and positive experience.
