About the program

The GenesisCare Patient Navigator Program (GCPNP) is there to support early-stage breast cancer patients along the treatment pathway for up to 12 months following diagnosis. The program supports you through:

  • Providing you with a single point of contact to support you through your treatment pathway.
  • Assist with education and referrals to the relevant allied health services available and ensuring these are accessed at the optimal points in the pathway.
  • Discuss the estimated out of pocket costs that could be incurred along the pathway and what the overall costs could entail.
  • Assist with appointment coordination and linking in with all the providers who are part of the care team.

Who is eligible?

Prospective patients must have recieved a diagnosis of early stage breast cancer (Stage 0-3) planned for surgery and radiotherapy (+/- Medical Oncology).
