Biography
Dr Quadri is a specialist in palliative medicine with clinical interests in complex symptom management, advanced care planning, and multidisciplinary palliative care.
Dr. Syed Zujajuddin Quadri is a specialist physician in palliative medicine based at Campbelltown. He is a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) and the Australasian Chapter of Palliative Medicine (FAChPM), reflecting advanced specialist training in the care of patients with life-limiting illness.
Dr. Quadri currently works within the South Western Sydney Local Health District at Campbelltown Hospital, where he is Head of Department for Palliative Care for the Macarthur and Wingecarribee region and is involved in the delivery of specialist palliative care services. In this role, he contributes to clinical leadership, multidisciplinary care coordination, and service development aimed at improving the quality of end-of-life care for patients and their families.
He provides specialist consultation and clinical care through palliative care clinics associated with Campbelltown and Camden Hospitals, supporting patients with complex symptom management and advanced care planning.
In addition to clinical practice, Dr. Quadri has contributed to academic and professional activities in palliative medicine. His work includes research and presentations on end-of-life care, including studies exploring the integration of palliative care in conditions such as severe stroke and other life-limiting illnesses.
