Biography
Clinical interests include lung and skin cancers, benign conditions, palliative radiation therapy, and haematological malignancies
Dr Renée Duvenage is a Radiation Oncology Fellow at GenesisCare Maitland and Lake Macquarie. She completed her medical studies at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and specialist training within the Northern NSW Network, including Crown Princess Mary Cancer Centre at Westmead, Blacktown, Nepean, and Port Macquarie hospitals.
Renée is passionate about delivering compassionate, individualised care that empowers patients to make confident and informed treatment decisions. She combines evidence-based medicine with empathy, ensuring every patient feels supported throughout their journey. Her clinical interests include lung, skin, benign, palliative, and radiotherapy for haematological malignancies, with a focus on holistic and patient-centred treatment approaches.
Outside of work, Renée enjoys teaching and mentoring as a Conjoint Lecturer with UNSW.
