Biography
Kimberley Nguyen is a Radiation Oncologist with sub-speciality interests in lung, GI and skin cancers. She undertook specialist radiation oncology training at Liverpool, Campbelltown and Gosford Hospitals before completing a fellowship at Guy's Cancer Centre, London, UK.
She is a Staff Specialist at Macarthur Cancer Therapy Centre, Campbelltown Hospital and an active member of a number of multidisciplinary team meetings including: Liverpool-Macarthur Cancer Therapy Centre Lung Cancer MDT, Liverpool-Macarthur Cancer Therapy Centre Melanoma and Skin Cancer MDT and Macarthur Cancer Therapy Centre Breast Cancer MDT.
In addition to providing evidence-based care in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment, Dr Nguyen is passionate about medical education. She is Director of Training for Radiation Oncology at Campbelltown Hospital, an Examiner for Phase 1 Examinations for Radiation Oncology Trainees and holds Associate Lecturer positions at Western Sydney University and UNSW where she regular teaches and examines medical students.
