Dr. Spunberg attended Columbia University in New York where he received his undergraduate degree. He received his M.D. degree from Harvard Medical School. After a one-year medical internship at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York, he completed his residency training in radiation oncology at the Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center, where he served as Chief Resident. Dr. Spunberg held a teaching position at the Temple University School of Medicine in Philadelphia where he also served as Director of the Radiation Oncology Residency Program at the Albert Einstein Medical Center. He was previously the Director of Radiation Oncology at JFK Medical Center for 25 years and past President and Medical Advisor of the American Cancer Society’s Palm Beach County unit and the Harvard Club of the Palm Beaches.
