Due to the variety of insurance plans and treatments we offer and since each treatment plan is tailored to the precise needs of the patient, we are unable to provide an estimate of cost until a treatment plan has been made. A financial counselors is available in each center that can provide you information once your treatment plan has been made.

When you first come to one of the centers please make sure you bring your insurance card and photo ID and any additional forms that GenesisCare has requested you complete or any referral form from your GP or insurer you have received. We also ask you bring any medications you may be taking along with a list of any repeat prescriptions from your GP, this includes vitamin supplements, herbal remedies or homoeopathic preparations.
Generally you are welcome to bring along a friend, family member or care giver with you. However, due to precautionary measures taken with COVID this may vary per center, please contact your local center to learn more.
All GenesisCare centers are wheelchair accessible and also have wheelchairs available for use. If you require a team member to help you get into the center, please request this while booking your appointment.
A clinical trial is a research study conducted in human volunteers to answer specific health questions. Clinical trials are an effective way to find new methods of preventing, diagnosing, and treating a disease.

The factors that allow you to participate in a clinical trial can include age, gender, the type and stage of your disease, previous treatment history, and other medical conditions. If you are interested in a Clinical Trial please speak with your physician directly.
Cancer doesn’t stop, and we haven’t either. GenesisCare is continuing to treat patients safely without any delays and has implemented significant extra measures and rigorous protocols ensuring our patients can safely continue their treatments. These include pre visit screening, temperature checks, testing, full PPE, reducing the foot traffic in our clinics and additional thorough cleaning.
