Dr. Hejal Patel is a Radiation Oncologist who has published research in many journals and remains active on the faculty at the University of Alabama’s School of Medicine. In addition to receiving many honors and awards as a physician, he is also a cancer survivor. At age 13, Dr. Patel was diagnosed with a form of bone cancer. Undergoing chemotherapy and surgery at such a young age shaped him into the doctor that he is today. Dr. Patel is dedicated to providing the best patient care and cancer treatment available to all of his Alabama patients.
