My only concern was when I called back following my appointment about changing a future appointment, I felt rushed in trying to explain my circumstance and felt like I was cut off. I was not surprised when the nurse called me back saying she didn't understand the message given to her from the front desk.

professional friendly staff, the Doc is ok too
