Dr. Sos Nalghranyan graduated from Yerevan State Medical University of Armenia in 2006 with an honorable scholarship. He then moved to the US and started his early medical career working as a Quality Management professional in healthcare administration in Los Angeles, California. Shortly afterwards, he started his residency training in Far Rockaway, New York.

During his final year of residency training, Dr. Nalghranyan was promoted to Chief Resident. After obtaining an American Board of Internal Medicine Certification, he began working as a hospitalist. With a passion for helping patients with cancer and a drive to continue his specialty in Medical Oncology, he joined the University of Arkansas Myeloma Center (UAMS), Little Rock, as an Assistant Professor of Medicine. There, Dr. Nalghranyan worked as a hospitalist in the stem cell transplant center and had an opportunity to work with worldwide experts using cutting-edge and novel treatments in hematological malignancies.

He started his fellowship training in 2019 in One Brooklyn Health at Brookdale University Hospital Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. During fellowship training, amid some of the worst COVID-19 staffing shortages in the country, he volunteered as a hospitalist.

Dr. Nalghranyan has conducted a number of educational lectures for medical residents, medical students and ancillary support staff, and has published several articles in hematology and oncology. He is a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology and the American Society of Hematology.
