While I was scheduled for the visit at the Cape Coral office initially, due to numerous calls and re-scheduling issues initiated by your staff, I ended up driving back and forth between the Gladiolus and the Cape Coral offices on the date of the appointment. Not my choice but at least I got to see Dr Miller on time. Never understood why all the re-scheduling at the last minute only to have me drive around town. Something I hope doesn't happen again.
