Jared S. Cohen

Dr. Jared S. Cohen M.D. is a fellowship trained Urologist specializing in advanced techniques in Robotic, Laparoscopic Urologic Surgery and Endourology. Dr. J. Cohen also offers expertise in a wide array of general urologic procedures including transurethral surgery for BPH and bladder cancer, endoscopic, extracorporeal, and percutaneous procedures for kidney stones, penile and testicular surgery, and vasectomy. He received his medical degree along with acceptance into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honors Medical Society and the Dr. A. Bradley Gaither Memorial Price Award for Excellence in Genitourinary Surgery from the University of Maryland. Prior to his medical training he completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Maryland, College Park as well as advancing translational medicine research at Johns Hopkins Hospital. After completing one year of surgical internship at the University at Buffalo, he entered their urology program and served as chief resident. Dr. J. Cohen continued his medical education by completing a fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the Cleveland Clinic, Florida. He has multiple publications in professional medical journals and he remains active in medical education. He was an instructor with Master Clinicians on-demand learning.
