Carlos Castillo, MD is board-certified in Internal Medicine and Medical Oncology and has nearly 20 years of oncology and hematology experience. He recently served as Medical Director of the Lower Keys Cancer Center in Key West, providing the only oncology care with GenesisCare to the Lower Keys. After serving as a Regional Consultant in Hematology Oncology since the 1990’s, providing research, education and patient care to the North East Florida, he joined GenesisCare in Jacksonville in 2008. Dr. Castillo earned his Medical Doctor degree from the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine in Rio Piedras, PR, and completed his residency in Internal Medicine and Fellowship in Hematology/Oncology at University of Florida.
